Criteria
Christian who is regularly attending a Covenant EFC worship service
Believes the Bible is the inspired Word of God that reveals His will for the salvation of men, and the final authority for all Christian faith and life
Regular devotion walk with God
Teachable and humble team players
Diligent in practice and open to seeking improvement through coaching from more seasoned musicians
Faithful, available and teachable
Preferably attending a Covenant Group (CG)
Commitment
Minimum 1 year
Musicians who pass auditions will be attached to bands as understudies for at least 3 months
Serve once per month
Attend rehearsal and team devotion, which is usually on Saturday mornings (9am - 12pm)
