Worship Leader - TNG Youth
- Part of a team working towards building a cross-generational ministry in an intentional disciplemaking church
- Usher in God's presence and be an inspiring example in leading the youths to worship
- Nurture, train and help the youths who have the potential to lead worship to be confident
- Faithful with self-practice and seeks improvement through coaching from more seasoned worship leaders
- Christian who is regularly attending Covenant EFC worship service
- Believes that the Bible is the inspired Word of God and final authority for all Christian faith and life
- Has a regular devotional time with God
- Preferably attending a Covenant Group (CG)
- Willing to grow and lead the youth worship team with grace
- Able to sing in tune and keep time
- Loves to passionately worship the Lord with singing
- Able to lead both praise and contemplative worship songs to help the youths connect with God (or willing to grow in that aspect)
- Positive attitude towards learning and receiving correction
- Open to being deployed by the leadership to the ministry/age-group you most fit
- Regular Sunday service and CG attendance
- Team-player
- Commitment for minimum 1 year with 1-2 sessions/month
