Tech Coach - TNG Youth
- Part of a team that works towards building a cross-generational ministry in an intentional disciplemaking church
- Adult and young adult leaders who:
- Guide - teach tech ICs (audio/visual/lights) so that they can function effectively as a unit that strives for technical excellence
- Disciple - help tech ICs to grow in godly posture and perspectives as a leader, forming Covenant EFC's biblical values
- A Christian who is regularly attending Covenant EFC worship service
- Believes that the Bible is the inspired Word of God and final authority for all Christian faith and life
- Has a regular devotional time with God
- Preferably attending a Covenant Group (CG)
- A heart and calling to serve and disciple youths
- Able to relate with youths
- Possess a good moral standing
- Confident in relating with youths as a group and individually. Must have some experience in leading groups and willing to be further developed.
- Commitment for minimum 1 year
- One Sunday per month, 7:20am - 10:10am
- Once every quarter, Coaches' Meeting
- AV systems training and familiarisation
