SST Coach - TNG Youth
- Part of a team that works towards building a cross-generational ministry in an intentional disciplemaking church
- Adult and young adult leaders who:
- Guide - teach Sunday Service Team ICs so that they can successfully lead their teams
- Disciple - help SST ICs to grow in godly posture and perspectives as a leader, forming Covenant's biblical values
- A Christian who is regularly attending Covenant EFC worship service
- Believes that the Bible is the inspired Word of God and final authority for all Christian faith and life
- Has a regular devotional time with God
- Preferably attending a Covenant Group (CG)
- A heart and calling to serve and disciple youths
- Able to relate with youths
- Possess good moral standing
- Confident in relating to youths as a team and individually and willing to be further developed
- Minimum 1 year
- 1 Sunday per month, 7:20am - 10:10am
- Once every quarter, Coaches' Meeting
