Adult and young adult leaders who:
Guide - develop the youth band spiritually, getting them to account for devotional life so that their worship is an outflow of their devotion, not just of duty
Disciple - train youth musicians and nurture band leaders in worship preparation, actual worship set and conducting debrief
Criteria
A Christian who is regularly attending Covenant EFC worship service
Believes that the Bible is the inspired Word of God and final authority for all Christian faith and life
Has a regular devotional time with God
Preferably attending a Covenant Group (CG)
A heart and calling to serve and disciple youths
Able to relate with youths
Possess good moral standing
Confident in relating with youths as a team and individually
Must have some experience with worship and willing to be further developed. Must have some level of competence in playing an instrument (guitar/bass/drums/percussion/keyboard/vocals)
