Musician Coach - TNG Youth
- Part of a team that works towards building a cross-generational ministry in an intentional disciplemaking church
- Adult and young adult leaders who:
- Guide - develop the youth band spiritually, getting them to account for devotional life so that their worship is an outflow of their devotion, not just of duty
- Disciple - train youth musicians and nurture band leaders in worship preparation, actual worship set and conducting debrief
- A Christian who is regularly attending Covenant EFC worship service
- Believes that the Bible is the inspired Word of God and final authority for all Christian faith and life
- Has a regular devotional time with God
- Preferably attending a Covenant Group (CG)
- A heart and calling to serve and disciple youths
- Able to relate with youths
- Possess good moral standing
- Confident in relating with youths as a team and individually
- Must have some experience with worship and willing to be further developed. Must have some level of competence in playing an instrument (guitar/bass/drums/percussion/keyboard/vocals)
- Commitment for minimum 1 year
- 1 Sunday per month, 7:20am - 10:10am
- Once every quarter, Coaches' Meeting
