Adult and young adult leaders who:
Guide - teach youth emcees so that they can successfully engage the youths during service and lead in various service components (e.g. ice breakers, offering, prayer for speakers)
Disciple - help emcees to grow in humility and godly posture and perspectives as service leaders on stage, forming Covenant EFC's biblical values
Criteria
A Christian who is regularly attending Covenant EFC worship service
Believes that the Bible is the inspired Word of God and final authority for all Christian faith and life
Has a regular devotional time with God
Preferably attending a Covenant Group (CG)
A heart and calling to serve and disciple youths
Able to relate with youths and has a good moral standing
Confident in relating to youths as a team and individually, and willing to be further developed
