CG Leader - TNG Youth
- Part of a team that works towards building a cross-generational ministry in an Intentional Disciplemaking Church
- Adult/Young Adult Leader who:
- Shepherds - builds relationships and cares for CG, nurtures acceptance in the community as a safe place for encouragement and edification
- Teaches - facilitates discipleship discussions and encourages CG to grow in the Lord
- Leads - models for the CG what a disciple is
- Guides a youth apprentice (aged 15 - 18) attached to CGL to take on some leadership roles in the group
- A Christian who is regularly attending Covenant EFC worship service
- Believes that the Bible is the inspired Word of God and final authority for all Christian faith and life
- Has a regular devotional time with God
- Preferably attending a Covenant Group (CG)
- A heart and calling to serve and disciple youths
- Able to relate with youths
- Possess a good moral standing
- Confident in relating with youths as a group and individually. Must have some experiece in leading groups, and willing to develop skills in this area
- Commitment for minimum 1 year
- Every Sunday (1.5 hours)
- Meeting with Zone Mentor once a month (1 hour)
- CG Leadership Touchdown (for all CG leaders) quarterly
