Assistant CGL - TNG Youth
- Part of a team that works towards building a cross-generational ministry in an intentional disciplemaking church
- New or Youth Leader (aged 15-18) who is willing to shadow and be trained by an adult/experienced CGL to:
- Shepherd - build relationships and care for CG, nurture acceptance in the community as a safe place for encouragement and edification
- Teach - facilitate discipleship discussions and encourages CG to grow in the Lord
- Lead- model for the CG what a disciple is
- A Christian who is regularly attending Covenant EFC worship service
- Believes that the Bible is the inspired Word of God and final authority for all Christian faith and life
- Has a regular devotional time with God
- Preferably attending a Covenant Group (CG)
- A heart and calling to serve and disciple youths
- Willing to grow in leadership to engage and shepherd the youths and be a positive role model
- Commitment for minimum 1 year
- Every Sunday (1.5 hours)
- Meeting with Zone Mentor once a month (1 hour)
- CG Leadership Touchdown (for all CG leaders) quarterly
