Disciplemaker (DMK) - TNG Upper & Lower Primary
- Part of a team that works towards building a cross-generational ministry in an intentional disciplemaking church
- Adult/Young Adult Leader who:
- Shepherds - builds relationships and cares for young children, helps young children to relate with one another, and teaches boundaries.
- Teaches - shares biblical stories with young children through story-telling and creative ways (e.g. art and craft).
- Leads - models for the young children what a disciple is
- Guides a youth apprentice (aged 15-18) attached to DMK to take on some leadership roles in the group
- Lead big-group teaching or small-group discussion with kids
- Christian who is regularly attending Covenant EFC worship service
- Believes that the Bible is the inspired Word of God and final authority for all Christian faith and life
- Has a regular devotional time with God
- Preferably attending a Covenant Group (CG)
- Must be able to relate with children, possess good moral standing
- Positive attitude towards learning and receiving correction
- Team-player
- Confident in relating with children individually and as a group. Good to have some experience in leading children or willing to develop skills in this area.
- Commitment for minimum 1 year
- Serve twice a month, at any one of the Sunday services.
- Attends DMK meetings at regular intervals.
- Serve in either Lower Primary or Upper Primary level
- Attends centre/corporate leadership meetings or events (e.g. GOM, Leaders' Touchdown)
