Facilitates group discussion with pre-believers
- Passion for the lost
- Enjoys talking with pre-believers
- Interest in the Bible and apologetics
- Ability to lead a small group discussion
- Follow up with pre-believers after Alpha session has ended
- Minimum 1 year
- Attend a 2-hour training session about Alpha Groups
- Facilitate at least one Alpha (complete) run (10 weeks) per year
- Attend trainings on how to reach out to pre-believers
