The facilitator plays an important role in creating a safe environment for attendees to share during Alpha discussion.
- Empathetic and non-judgemental
- Good listener
- Experience in facilitating group discussion is a bonus
- Must complete Alpha training (about 2 evening sessions)
- Lead at least one Alpha run (10 weeks) per year
- Attend weekly online prayer and pre-Alpha session prayer and debrief
- Able to follow up with pre-believer in between Alpha sessions
- Keep the friendship with attendees warm for minimum of 1 year
- Preferably nurture new believers after Alpha ends
