Part of a team that follows up with seekers and new believers in China Youth Fellowship by going through the Discovery Journey or nurturing sessions individually or in groups
- Mature Christian who is able to help seekers know more about the Christian faith, or guide new believers in their faith
- Has been attending a Covenant Group (CG) regularly in the last 6 months
- Attend ministry team meetings and training
- Conduct 4-8 sessions per run (each session is approximately 45-60 mins)
