- (For Lead) Ideate and create different welcome boards, signages and/or banners
- (For Lead) Create scripts for Greeters to rehearse and practise
- Greet each congregant and newcomers energetically with smiles and words of greeting
- Direct congregants to right levels for relevant activities and services
- Accompany & Direct newcomers to the Newcomers’ Centre
- Handover to befrienders or Newcomers’ Center Lead
- Energetic and comfortable talking to strangers
- Observant of those who need help
- Parents and children/youths are highly encouraged to sign up and serve together
- Once a month
- Either before first or second service
