- Ideate the F&B ministry, including design, operations and costs for set up and running of kitchen, cafe, seating area in foyer and Newcomers’ centre
- Envisage how church members and SKG community can bond greater through F&B hospitality to create a welcoming atmosphere for all to meet and mingle
- Plan for, procure, prepare suitable food and beverage items and methods of payment or donation
- Contribute to recruitment of suitable F&B Hospitality Volunteers
- Oversee and coordinate with volunteers who will be serving snacks & coffee at the Newcomers’ Centre
- Have a heart to serve through F&B hospitality to guests and fellow brothers and sisters.
- Resourceful, meticulous and works well in a team
- Experience in F&B industry will be a huge plus (especially for Lead)
- F&B Hospitality expected to run weekly for first 3 months; review then explore possibility to taper off to bi-monthly for next 6 months, then slow down once a month where necessary
