• Model a growing, Christ centred life in alignment with Covenant EFC’s Disciple Making journey.
• Support individuals with special needs in knowing Jesus, growing in faith, and responding to God at their own pace and capacity.
• Participate in intentional disciple making practices (e.g. prayer, Scripture engagement, life on life conversations), thoughtfully adapted for special needs contexts.
• A committed Christian who regularly worships at Covenant EFC.
• Fully affirms Covenant EFC’s statement of faith.
• Preferably connected to a Covenant Group (CG) or pursuing community intentionally. If volunteer is deployed to TNG ministry, volunteer must be connected to a CG.
• Senses a God given heart and calling to love, serve, and disciple individuals with special needs.
• Demonstrates a humble, teachable spirit and openness to growth and correction.
• Values teamwork, faithfulness, and servant hearted ministry.
• Minimum commitment of one (1) year to ensure relational depth and continuity.
• Regular attendance at AIMS / DMK volunteer gatherings, training, and reflection sessions.
• Willingness to grow as a disciple maker through learning, prayer, and shared ministry experiences.
