- Part of a team that works towards building a cross-generational ministry in an intentional disciplemaking church
- Adult/Young Adult Leader who:
- Shepherds - help toddlers to relate with one another and teaches boundaries
- Teaches - shares biblical stories with toddlers through storytelling and creative role plays
- Leads - lead parents to participate in the activities together with their children
- Roles will include working as a team in storytelling, leading worship and leading role play activities
Note: In Toddler program, one parent will accompany their child to participate in all the activities
- Christian who regularly attending Covenant EFC worship service
- Believes that the Bible is the inspired Word of God and final authority for all Christian faith and life
- Has a regular devotional time with God
- Preferably attending a Covenant Group (CG)
- A heart and call to serve and disciple young children
- Able to relate with young children and possess moral standing
- Positive attitude towards learning and receiving correction
- Team-player
- Confident in relating with toddlers and parents
- Minimum 1 year
- Serve twice a month at any one of the Sunday services
- Attends DMK meetings at regular intervals
- Attends Centre/corporate leadership meetings or events (e.g. GOM, Leaders' Touchdown)
