- A Christian who is regularly attending Covenant EFC worship service onsite
- Regularly attending Covenant Group (CG) for the past year
- Attention to detail, meticulous, excellent, yet abounding in grace
- Have attended Marriage Breakthrough Weekend (MgBTW) previously
- Desire to grow in personal discipleship and marriage
- Husband and wife agree to attend and serve together
- Faithful, available, teachable
- Team-player
- Willing to be placed in a "ready-pool" to serve during MgBTW and/or AOM events (ready to serve if available)
