Facilitates small group discussion during MgiC events
- Christian who is regularly attending Covenant EFC worship service onsite
- Believes that the Bible is the inspired Word of God and final authority for life
- Has a regular devotional time with God
- Regularly attending Covenant Group (CG) for the past year
- Have attended Marriage Breakthrough Weekend (MgBTW) previously
- Desires to grow in personal discipleship and marriage
- Willing to share authentically, listen with empathy and hold space for the group
- Husband and wife agree to attend and serve together
- Attend 2 training sessions (3 hours each) on Breakthrough Weekend Facilitation
- Facilitate Marriage BTW or AOM small group during the event
- Available to couples post-event (optional but preferable)
